Shipping Policy

We ship live plants on Mondays and Tuesdays with no exceptions. All other items are shipped within 3 business days unless they are combined with an order of live plants and will ship on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Returns

We guarantee the delivery of healthy plants. If your plants are damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with pictures to be eligible for a refund or re-shipment of damaged plants.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Live plants and seeds are non-returnable, but if they are damaged in transit and you contact us within 48 hours of receipt, we will refund the damaged products or ship a new one.
